Job Purpose:
We are currently recruiting a Quality Manager to lead the Quality team and ensure compliance with all internal and external standards. This role will drive the Technical Excellence agenda, develop and maintain the Quality Management System, lead audits, and support operational teams in issue resolution.
??? Key Responsibilities: Champion a culture of food safety and quality across the site. Drive the Technical Excellence agenda to reduce hazards, risks, and incidents. Promote "Go for Zero" by encouraging positive behaviours and coaching teams on safety. Ensure all team members are trained and resourced to perform tasks safely. Track, report, and improve quality and food safety performance metrics. Prepare for and lead customer and standard audits (BRC, OPEX), aiming for A+ or Green grades. Ensure implementation of all internal and external technical standards. Provide technical support for factory issues, ensuring resolution and root cause analysis.
