About the
Quality Manager role:
As a Quality Manager for Europe, you'll take centre stage in shaping and championing Quality excellence across SC Johnson Professional's European operations. Leading both Quality Assurance and Quality Control, you'll have end-to-end ownership of quality performance across our Denby and Little Eaton sites, as well as regional suppliers and external manufacturing partners.
Reporting directly to the Quality Director, you'll ensure world-class compliance with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22716, while continuously raising the bar on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities as our
Quality Manager:
Lead and maintain robust Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22716 standards.
Manage and develop Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams, including performance management, coaching and workload planning.
Oversee CAPA systems, driving timely corrective and preventive actions informed by complaint data, NCIs and root-cause analysis.
Ensure effective operation of QC laboratories, maintaining GLP standards, validated procedures and approved test results.
Authorise release of raw materials, WIP and finished goods in line with specifications and regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary Quality contact for customer, supplier and regulatory audits, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
Manage supplier quality performance, including audits, technical documentation and ongoing compliance monitoring.
Partner cross-functionally with Production, Sales and Technical teams to provide expert quality and regulatory guidance.
Experience you'll bring as our
Quality Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or a related scientific discipline.
Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality leadership within a regulated manufacturing environment (cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical or similar).
Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a strong track record of delivering continuous improvement.
In-depth knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, microbiology and production hygiene.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of applicable European regulatory requirements.
