Quality Manager Location: Andover (5 days onsite) Contract: Permanent In conjunction with the Senior Technical Manager and other departmental managers to ensure the BRCgs AA+ status of the site and the implementation and sustainability of the Pilgrim's Quality Pillar. Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities To maintain the site BRCGS AA+ status To deploy the technical department resource to maximum effect. To ensure that all our products meet or exceed specification and to communicate effectively when they do not! To energise and motivate the quality team to deliver the above. To be a key member of the site management team delivering a profitable and successful business performance. To ensure that our site is always clean and presentable. To ensure the smooth implementation of new lines and products. Hygiene To work with the hygiene team to deliver an audit-ready-every-day production environment. Internal Auditing To be an active internal auditor. Non-conformances, Complaints And Out-of-spec Results To champion the “5 why” process within the Technical team driving down to root cause.
