Quality Supervisor Location: Leamington Spa Permanent Salary: up to £44,000 DOE Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 and Friday 08:00 - 13:30 Monday - Thursday 30-minute lunch break (39 hours per week)

Your role as a Quality Supervisor will involve supporting the company to obtain its IATF16949 quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. You will lead a small team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the production process.
