This role is key to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, ensuring products and processes meet required standards.Key responsibilitiesResolve material certification issues with suppliers and test housesReview supplier documentation for compliance with relevant standardsSupport internal departments with quality and certification queriesConduct internal audits and support external auditsInvestigate product/process issues and carry out root cause analysis (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys)Monitor supplier performance and support supplier development activitiesMaintain quality records, reports, and documentationSupport inspection activities and customer returns investigationsContribute to continuous improvement initiativesAbout youExperience working with suppliers, manufacturing, or quality environmentsUnderstanding of quality systems and testing methodsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication and data analysis skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeDesirable:Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standardsExperience interpreting engineering/material specificationsWR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
