Quality Inspector Brierley Hill Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm £14 per hour
A manufacturing business based in Brierley Hill is looking to recruit an experienced Quality Inspector to support their production and quality teams. This is a hands on role within a fast paced environment where maintaining high standards and ensuring products meet customer specifications is essential. This position would suit someone with a strong background in manufacturing quality, ideally with ISO 9001 knowledge or certification, who enjoys working closely with production teams to maintain and improve quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out regular quality inspections on products and components during production Ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation Support internal audits Identify non-conformances and work with teams to investigate root causes Assist with implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Liaise with production staff to ensure quality procedures are followed Maintain a safe and organised working environment in line with health and safety standards
The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a quality inspection or quality technician role within manufacturing Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards (internal auditor training or certification highly desirable) Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection and reporting Confident communicator who can work effectively with production and quality teams Experience identifying defects, analysing issues, and supporting process improvements Comfortable working in a fastpaced production environment
