Associate Quantity Surveyor | Birmingham | £75,000 – £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A growing, well-regarded cost consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate-level Quantity Surveyor to support the next phase of its expansion.


This isn’t about filling a gap it’s about bringing in someone who can help shape what comes next.

You’ll be joining a highly experienced leadership team, with strong backing, a steady pipeline of work, and the platform to grow further.


The Opportunity


You’ll take a lead role across a diverse real estate portfolio, with a strong focus on:


  • Commercial developments
  • Residential & Build-to-Rent schemes
  • High-profile sports projects


This is a client-facing position where you’ll be trusted to lead projects, manage relationships, and contribute to the wider success of the business.

There’s clear scope to step up beyond Associate as the team continues to grow with genuine progression, not just a title.


The Role


  • Leading cost management across multiple projects
  • Delivering pre- and post-contract services
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to business growth and project wins
