Quantity Surveyor – Birmingham Major projects | Tier 1 clients | Clear progression The Opportunity A well-established global specialist contractor operating across access and industrial services is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sizeable, well-supported business with a strong reputation, a healthy pipeline of work and genuine room to progress. Working across major schemes with Tier 1 clients, you will be part of a commercial team that plays a key role in the successful delivery of projects across the region. The business offers the backing, structure and opportunities you would expect from a major name, but with the day-to-day visibility and scope for progression that can be harder to find in larger commercial teams. The Role Based out of the Birmingham office, you will be involved in the commercial management of multiple live projects, working closely with the Branch Manager and senior commercial leadership. This role will suit somebody who enjoys variety, is comfortable managing several live schemes at once and wants to play a meaningful part in the commercial running of projects from a specialist contractor perspective.
