They operate predominantly within the confines of central London, so applicants must already be living within a daily commute as the role will be office-based Monday to Friday with travel to sites. Prior experience of having worked for a main contractor or specialist in an allied field such as facades, landscaping or fit out with elements of natural stone is essential. Y ou will take financial control of projects with package values up to £3million, including estimating, cost appraisals, production of budgets, cashflow forecasts, procurement, reconciliations and payment of accounts.
