Due to a strong order book and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for long-term contract work. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and operational teams to ensure financial control and contractual compliance across a variety of project types.
