If youre a Quantity Surveyor delivering retrofit schemes and youre tired of short-term funding cycles, delayed payments and constantly chasing margin, this will interest you.
Were representing a national contractor that has just secured multiple long-term decarbonisation and retrofit programmes across the South West. These are not hopeful bids, these are awarded contracts with 35 years of confirmed planned works.
They are building a serious commercial team and want proven operators, not CV drifters.

W ho We Want
Youre already working within social housing planned works, decarbonisation or PAS 2035 compliant retrofit programmes.
You understand NEC or JCT contracts. Youre commercially sharp, structured and detail-driven.
Most importantly, you value stability and building something properly over time. This is not a stepping-stone role. This is for someone who wants to commit and grow within a long-term secured pipeline.
