A national property services contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Retrofit to support the commercial delivery of long-term social housing decarbonisation and retrofit programmes across Bristol and the South West. The Role Quantity Surveyor (Retrofit) As Quantity Surveyor , you will take commercial responsibility for retrofit and decarbonisation contracts delivering improvements to social housing stock. Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts

Managing subcontract procurement and payments

Supporting delivery of PAS2035 retrofit and energy efficiency programmes

Ensuring projects deliver commercial performance and value
