Benefits: Car allowance + comprehensive benefits package The role of Quantity Surveyor - Electrical & M&E will involve:

Quantity Surveyor position dealing with Electrical services and M&E Dealing with projects typically across the central belt of Scotland Meeting with clients for site visits building relationships Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations Producing formal quotations to customers Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers Working on projects ranging from £1m - £5m

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor - Electrical & M&E with

Must have Quantity Surveying experience within Electrical or M&E market sectors Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs Strong knowledge of contract documents, construction practices and techniques Highly organised with good attention to detail Excellent communicator written and verbally Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Ability to work in a fast paced environment Good team player who also works well individually
