We’re supporting an industry-respected construction consultancy looking for their next key team member to join their London office. This is a rare opportunity to work across residential housing projects with full end-to-end exposure, from feasibility through to completion, covering the entire project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Act as Employer’s Agent / Quantity Surveyor on a variety of residential housing projects.

Manage budgets, contracts, cost reporting, and risk across the full lifecycle of projects.

Provide on-site oversight while coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Maintain high standards of commercial, technical, and quality control on all projects.

Who We’re Looking For

A qualified QS or Employer’s Agent with experience in residential developments.

Strong technical knowledge of contract administration, cost management, and commercial oversight.

Organised, proactive, and able to work on-site and collaboratively in the office.
