Approach Personnel are proud to be partneredwith a leadinginteriors business to recruit an experienced and successful Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bristol. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of our externalmaintenance contract, ensuring that all planned works are being completed to budget.

What are we looking for?
- A proven Quantity Surveyor who has commercial experience in refurbishment projects, ideally within the housing sector. xbpsjku
- A degree in Quantity Surveying
- A strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
- Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
- Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice
- On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
