What are we looking for?
A proven Quantity Surveyor who has commercial experience in refurbishment projects, ideally within the housing sector.
A degree in Quantity Surveying
A strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice
On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
