Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks / Fencing)

£55,000 - £65,000 DOE+ Hybrid + Early Friday Finish + Incentives + Car Allowance + Company Benefits

Are you a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with experience working in the Groundworks / Fencing sectors, looking for an exciting new opportunity to become part of an industry leading company where you will be rewarded and recognized for the work you do?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be collaborating with large contractors to ensure a seamless transition, reading technical drawings and calculating the costs of projects and services.

This role would suit an Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with experience in the Groundworks, Fencing or Civils industries, looking for an exciting new opportunity to play a pivotal role within a tight knit company that are rapidly expanding.

The Role:

Determine the cost of projects
\n
Ensure projects are realistic, financially viable and completed on time
\n
Analyse plans and specifications
\n
Negotiate with subcontractors
\n
Prepare quotations and monitor project costs
\n
Remote working
\n
\n
\n
The Person:
\n
\n
Estimating experience within the Groundworks, Fencing or Civils industries
\n
Capability to complete Bills of Quantities
\n
\n
\n
