Quantity Surveyor - Housing Groundworks\n\nManchester - £50,000 - £70,000 + package (dependent on experience)\n\nAbout the Company\n\nThis business is a well-established specialist contractor operating within the residential development sector, delivering enabling works, remediation, civil engineering and housing groundworks across the North West and wider UK. Known for its collaborative approach, strong pipeline of work and repeat client base, the company plays a key role in transforming complex sites into ready-to-build developments.\n\nThe Role\n\nDue to continued growth, an experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to support housing groundworks projects from pre-construction through to final account.
