With over 75 years of trading history and multiple specialist divisions, the company has built a strong reputation across the South West for delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects. The Property Services Division is a profitable and specialist arm of the business, primarily delivering insurance loss repair and reinstatement works following fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence, lightning strike and building defect claims. Projects range from £10,000 to £1M, including negotiated schemes and measured term / schedule of rates contracts typically between £10,000 and £100,000. Clients include domestic properties, multi-occupancy residential, education, industrial and commercial buildings, with a significant proportion of repeat business built on long-standing relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with experience in general works or insured loss environments who enjoys working within a small, collaborative team and is seeking long-term stability within a well-established contractor.
