QUANTITY SURVEYOR – HYBRID WORKING - Commercial Groundworks projects - Midlands region Salary up to £85k Ltd Co Status £400per day Working for a very reputable local groundworks and civil engineering business that operates throughout the Midlands region. This role is ideally for a civil engineering or groundworks experienced Quantity Surveyor that wants to have ownership of a variety of projects strictly in the Midlands region. Hybrid Working available for the Quantity Surveyor role. Groundworks Project Packages include: • Foundations • Deep and Shallow Drainage • Retaining Structures foundations • Balancing Ponds • Hard and Soft Landscaping • Surfacing All projects are working with commercial and industrial projects/clients. No Resi groundworks. Key Responsibilities • Site Measurement • Valuations • Variations • Cost Reporting • Negotiating • Forecasting • Final Accounts Requirements • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within either Groundworks or Civil Engineering • NEC Contract Experience • Good Communication skills • Midlands home location Quantity Surveyor Degree not required, but desirable
