Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor East Yorkshire Salary up to £65,000 We’re recruiting on behalf of a major drylining contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large, high-spec commercial schemes. They work with leading contractors and clients across sectors including student accommodation, mixed-use developments, offices and major refurbishment projects. They’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can take full ownership of their own schemes. This is an autonomous position where you’ll manage your own projects, working closely with site teams and overseeing commercial performance from procurement to final accounts. The role Run your own drylining and interiors packages on major commercial projects Lead valuations, variations, cost reporting and forecasting Procure subcontract packages and manage commercial delivery Work closely with site teams to track progress and ensure financial control Build and maintain strong client relationships Primarily based in the East Yorkshire area with occasional regional travel 4 days on site, 1 day office/home What we’re looking for Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience managing your own projects Background in drylining, interiors or fit-out Strong commercial judgement and ability to work independently Confident in managing multiple packages and maintaining robust reporting What’s on offer Salary up to £65,000 plus benefits Autonomy over your workload and projects Supportive leadership team without micromanagement Consistent pipeline of major commercial schemes Apply If you’re interested in this opportunity, please apply with a copy of your CV or get in touch with our Commercial Specialist, Jane Fairhurst.
