Project Quantity Surveyor | Brighton | £20m Remediation

A leading Tier 2 contractor is seeking a site-based PQS for a two-year, £20m façade project in Brighton.

The Essentials:

Role: Full commercial package management (Procurement Final Account).

Setup: Reporting to a Senior QS within a structured, supportive team.

Project: Live residential remediation (Non-corporate, technically focused).

Location: 100% site-based. Must live within 45 mins of Brighton.

The Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying (Required).

Main Contractor experience.

Façade/Remediation exposure (Highly ).
