Quantity Surveyor\n Locations: Central or West London\n Salary: £45,000 - £57,000 + car / travel allowance + comprehensive package\n Site Attendance: Minimum 3 days per week on site\n\nI am working on behalf of a leading UK main contractor delivering a flagship infrastructure programme in London. Due to a planned increase in workload and progression within the team, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with NEC and major civils experience.\n\nThis role offers exposure to one of the UK's most complex infrastructure projects, providing an excellent platform for development with one of the UK's leading names in major infrastructure projects.\n\nThe Role\n Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of significant civils packages on the project.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nAssisting with the commercial management of civil engineering packages\nSupporting the administration of NEC contracts (NEC3 / NEC4)\nCost control, forecasting, and monthly CVR reporting\nSubcontractor procurement, valuations, payments and change management\nAssisting with compensation events and early warnings\nWorking closely with site teams, planners and engineers to support delivery\n About You\n Candidates should ideally have:\n\nExperience working as a Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering or infrastructure projects in the UK\nExposure to NEC contracts (essential)\nExperience within a main contractor environment\nStrong commercial awareness and attention to detail\nA proactive approach and willingness to be site-based at least three days per week\n What's on Offer\n\nStarting salary of £45,000 - £57,000 depending on experience\nCar allowance or travel package\n25 days leave + bank holidays\nPrivate healthcare\nPrivate pension contributions\nLong -term opportunity on a flagship infrastructure project\nClear progression to Senior Quantity Surveyor within a major contractor\n If you are a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop your career on a nationally significant project and would like to discuss the opportunity in confidence, please apply or contact me directly for a discreet conversation.\n\nServices advertised by Gold Group are those of an Agency and/or an Employment Business.\nWe will contact you within the next 14 days if you are selected for interview.
