Job Description
Role Overview:\nAn opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery on a major port infrastructure scheme.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Cost management across marine piling, reclamation, pavements, and RC structures\n\n * \n\n Subcontractor procurement, valuation, and payments\n\n * \n\n Managing variations, change control, and final accounts\n\n * \n\n Assisting with forecasting and cost reporting\n\n * \n\n Supporting commercial risk management\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Experience as a QS on civil engineering or marine projects\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial and contractual knowledge\n\n * \n\n Confident working with subcontractors and project teams\n\n * \n\n Degree-qualified or equivalent experience
