Project Quantity Surveyor | Refurbishment & Construction | Ealing Broadway\nAre you a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects from tender through to final account? This is a brand-new opportunity with a fast-growing contractor delivering schemes up to £8m across refurbishment, commercial, residential, and assisted living sectors. With strong year-on-year growth and multiple divisions, you’ll be joining a company where your commercial expertise really makes an impact.\nAbout You\n * Degree (or HNC with relevant experience) in Quantity Surveying or similar.\n * 5+ years’ post-graduate experience\n * Strong all-round knowledge of tenders, contracts, variations, and cost management.\n * Confident in building costs independently, not just via supply chain.\n * Subcontractor experience desirable but not essential.\n * Based within one hour’s commute of Ealing office (office-based role with site visits).\n * Professional, commercially astute, and eager to take ownership of projects.\nAbout the Company\nThis is a structured, multi-division contractor that has been steadily building its reputation over the last 15 years.
