Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location: East of Scotland Sector: Residential Development We are currently working in partnership with one of Scotland’s most award-winning residential developers, who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team in the East of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-quality residential business with a strong reputation, a secure pipeline of work, and a genuine focus on long-term career development. The Opportunity You will support the commercial delivery of residential developments across the East of Scotland, working closely with senior commercial and site teams. The client is open to candidates from non-residential backgrounds and will provide support to transition into residential if required.
