Job Description
Quantity Surveyor required for West London\n\nQuantity Surveyor for circa £15mil to £20mil refurbishment / conversion from commercial to residential.\n\nLooking for a QS with a minimum 4 to 5 years post degree qualification and ideally prior experience of looking after all aspects of the commercial function on similar refurb / conversions from commercial to residential projects.\n\nLooking for applicants past experience to include:\n\n * Experience of D&B Contracts\n\n * Residential experience (apartments)\n\nIf you are a QS looking for a permanent position between £60000 and £70000 (DOE) and have previously worked on similar type projects, please apply by sending an up to date CV
