Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager Location: Oldham (Office based) Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Package (Happy to further discuss) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join our growing business, leading the commercial function and supporting long-term growth. The role involves overseeing cost control, valuations, procurement, and financial performance across domestic and commercial projects, and would suit someone confident working independently within a small, fast-paced organisation.
