Job Title : Quantity Surveyor Location : London, The City. Salary : £50,000 - £60,000, depending on candidate experience.

The Quantity Surveyor Role
You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including residential, education, commercial and defence.
Skills Required:

\n Cost planning & valuations

Change control & contract administration
\n
Procurement support
\n
Interim & final accounts
\n
Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
\n
JCT expertise (NEC4 exposure is a bonus!)
