Our client specialises in delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and workspace projects, combining design, construction and project management to create functional, modern environments for clients. The business focuses heavily on collaboration, quality delivery and client-focused project execution across Cat A, Cat B and refurbishment projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor with fit-out project experience who is eager to develop their career within a growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+ years’ experience who is hungry to learn, take ownership of packages and grow alongside a fast-evolving business.

You will support the commercial delivery of multiple projects, working closely with project, site and client teams to ensure financial control and project success.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with commercial management of fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account Support procurement of subcontractor packages and supplier negotiations Manage valuations, variations and change control processes Monitor project costs, cash flow and forecasting Assist with preparation of CVRs and financial reporting Support tendering and estimating where required Work closely with project teams to identify commercial risks and opportunities Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams

Requirements

Essential:

Minimum 3 years Quantity Surveying experience Commercial fit-out / interiors experience (Cat A, Cat B, refurb or similar) Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

Relevant construction or commercial degree Experience working for a main contractor or fit-out specialist Exposure to fast-track commercial projects Degree within Quantity Surveying/Commercial Mgmt.
