Job Description
An established construction consultancy based in Manchester is looking to appoint a confident and capable Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take on more responsibility and develop within a business known for its strong APC support and varied project portfolio.\n\nThe Quantity Surveyor\n\nThe successful Quantity Surveyor will be working within a consultancy environment, with a focus on monitoring services, so experience in this area will be highly regarded. The role requires a self-sufficient Quantity Surveyor who can run smaller projects independently while also working as part of a wider team on larger schemes.\n\nThe ideal Quantity Surveyor will have client-facing confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to present themselves professionally.
This position would suit either a recently chartered or a senior-level professional on the cusp of becoming MRICS.
