Quantity Surveyor – retail, hospitality, education, and commercial space projects – Nottingham - £60,000 pay Our New Company Join a dynamic, growing construction and fit-out contractor based in Nottingham, delivering high-quality projects across sectors such as retail, hospitality, education, and commercial spaces. Known for their hands-on approach and commitment to excellence, they manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional results for all clients. Your New Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs and budgets across a variety of projects. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the preparation of estimates, monitoring financial control, managing subcontractor accounts, procurement, pricing new projects and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role is primarily office-based in Nottingham, with occasional site visits to oversee progress and liaise with project teams. What You'll Need to Succeed Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or fit-out sectors or fast-paced environments Strong knowledge of cost management, contracts, and procurement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with MS Office packages and QS reporting software A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
