Job Description
Quantity Surveyor (New office / Consultancy)
Intermediate to Associate Director -
Salary - £40,000 - 85,000 DOE (negotiable depending on experience) + 38 days AL!
Full Time | Oxford | Hybrid Working
You will be joining a well established construction consultancy delivering client side cost management and project support across the full project lifecycle .This is a growing consultancy with a headcount of over 150 which has grown significantly in recent news, now looking for individuals to grow and shape the future of their new oxford office.
Projects span commercial, residential, education, healthcare, heritage and both public and private sector schemes. This gives you genuine variety and the opportunity to broaden your experience rather than being limited to one sector.
You will join a growing Oxford team, combining the backing of a consultancy with the visibility and opportunity of a close knit office.

Cost planning and budgeting Managing NEC and JCT contracts Procurement and tender analysis Cost control and risk management Client and stakeholder liaison Reporting on commercial performance
What You Will Need
Consultancy experience in Quantity Surveying Strong knowledge of procurement and contract administration Experience managing budgets and project risk Working towards or committed to MRICS
