Quantity Surveyor – South London Full-Time | Projects Across London & The South East | We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working on a broad range of projects across London and the Southeast with contract values from £5,000 to £4,000,000. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong commercial awareness and hands-on experience in both turnkey delivery and framework contracting. About the Role As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring contractual compliance, and supporting the successful delivery of multiple schemes at varying stages. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while maintaining strong supply chain relationships. Key Responsibilities * Preparing and managing budgets, CVRs, and financial reports * Administering projects under JCT and NEC contract forms * Leading procurement, including subcontractor selection and negotiation * Preparing and submitting valuations * Producing and pricing variation costings accurately and efficiently * Monitoring project costs and financial performance * Managing subcontractor accounts through to final account * Ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders * Building and maintaining strong relationships across the supply chain Requirements * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within turnkey and framework environments * Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts * Experience with budgets, CVRs, procurement, valuations, and variations * Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Proactive, driven, and commercially aware What We Offer * Support with further training, development, and professional progression * Genuine opportunities for career advancement within a growing business * A varied workload across London and the South East * A positive, collaborative team environment * Competitive Salary and Package
