Duties:
• Post-contract duties
• Subcontract management
• Subcontract payments
• Valuations
• Reviewing variations
• Final accounts
• Reviewing applications for payment
Requirement:
* Residential Experience
* Post Contract experience
* Main Contructor or Developer background
