Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure) Salary: to £55k package Based: Hampshire/Hybrid A Quantity Surveyor is required for a major Civils Power Project! You will be joining a high-performing commercial team, who are part of a highly respected contractor delivering large scale power projects across the region. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for: Managing project costs from inception through to final account Administering contracts (NEC experience desirable) Supporting procurement and subcontractor management Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial success The Suitable Applicant will have the following experience: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civils, utilities, or power projects Good understanding of NEC contracts Strong commercial awareness and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams Ambition to grow within a forward-thinking business
