What you’ll bring HND/HNC or degree in a construction-related discipline Experience within UK residential development — ideally low-volume / traditional build Strong commercial and cost-management skills Ability to work across multiple projects independently Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset Good IT skills including Excel and standard construction software Full UK driving licence
