OBC was founded in 1972 and have achieved a reputation for being one of the Highland's leading restoration contractors. The key responsibilities and duties of the job are:- Estimating & Tender Submissions Contract Administration Site Measurements & Compiling Valuations Project Financial Control Subcontractor Management & Communications Requirements:- Proficiency in construction methods and standard rules of measurement Good knowledge and understanding of both SBCC and NEC 4 Contracts Excellent IT & organisational skills Good analytical and numerical skills Have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with others All levels of experience will be considered for this job We welcome applications from individuals who may not hold a formal QS qualification but have been working in a Quantity Surveying role
