The Role Due to a growing workload, they are looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership of commercial activities across a range of projects. This role would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on position within a smaller team, where you can make a real impact rather than being a small cog in a large machine. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial aspects of projects from start to finish Preparing estimates, budgets, and cost plans Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts Producing monthly cost reports and CVRs Identifying and managing commercial risks Building and maintaining strong client relationships Working closely with Directors and site teams What They’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction * Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage projects independently * Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-moving business * Good communication and relationship-building skills * A proactive, hands-on approach Why Join?
