Were seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Freelance/Contract) to support the delivery of high-voltage transmission and distribution projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to complex energy infrastructure work on a flexible basis.

What youll do:
Take the lead on commercial management across projects.

Oversee budgets, cashflow, reporting, and subcontractor payments.

Drive contract administration under NEC (Options A & E).

Lead negotiations with clients and supply chain partners.

What were looking for:
Proven track record as an SQS in contracting, ideally within energy, utilities, or infrastructure.

Strong NEC expertise (especially Options A & E).

Excellent financial control and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
