The Role Portfolio of projects as part of a major regional rail infrastructure upgrade framework. Projects include civil engineering, building, electrification, and plant works. Framework covers South Wales, Devon, and Cornwall, however the role will be based out of the regional head office in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities Support the commercial delivery of a major regional rail infrastructure upgrade framework. Manage compensation events and change across live NEC3/4 contracts. Produce monthly CVRs, presenting to senior internal stakeholders for review. Contribute to project performance discussions, providing commercial input to project strategy.
