Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame and Groundwork\nNorth West London\n\n£60,000 - £70,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits\n\nAbout the Company\nOur client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of over £150 million. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of Industrial, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments.

Project values vary from £5m - £20m.\n\nAbout the Role\nThe successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of this Infrastructure project:\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * Managing valuations, variations, cost control, and payments.\n\n * Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure profitability.\n\n * Maintaining and developing strong relationships with bulk house builders.\n\n * Producing accurate financial reporting to support senior management.\n\n * Playing a key role in the delivery of multiple new projects starting shortly.\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor\n\n * Experience working with Civil Engineering, Groundworks or Infrastructure\n\n * Strong commercial and NEC contractual knowledge.\n\n * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.\n\n * Degree in Quantity Surveying\n\nBenefits & Rewards\n\nSalary: £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)\n\n * Company car or car allowance.\n\n * Company pension and benefits package.\n\n * Opportunity to join a large contractor with huge growth potential.\n\nApply Today\nIf you are a Quantity Surveyor and want to join a growing contractor with exciting projects ahead, apply today.
