Key Responsibilities:

Cost management across residential new build projects

Preparing budgets, cost plans, and valuations

Managing subcontractor packages and procurement

Variations, final accounts, and reporting

Working closely with site and commercial teams

Requirements:

Quantity Surveying experience on residential new builds

Consultancy background preferred

Strong commercial awareness and reporting skills
