Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor Maidenhead | Residential Conversions & New Builds | February 2025   This is a growing main contractor based in Maidenhead, delivering residential and mixed-use projects across the South East — from office-to-resi conversions to new build schemes up to £15m.

You’ll play a key commercial role within a small, established team — leading on procurement, cost reporting, and subcontract management across multiple live sites.

The Role

Manage commercial duties across multiple residential projects (up to £15m) • Lead procurement, tendering, and subcontract account management • Prepare cost reports, CVRs, and monthly valuations • Support the Senior QS and Commercial Consultant on financial forecasting • Attend site meetings and liaise with delivery teams to track progress and costs What They’re Looking For

Main contracting background (essential) • 5–10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS • Strong procurement and cost reporting capability • Confident managing subcontractor accounts and cost control independently • Solid technical understanding of residential construction The Company This is a privately owned main contractor established in 2010.
