Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Chesterfield team, dedicated to managing commercial and contract activities for our DWP account. The role focuses heavily on Schedule of Rates (SoR) pricing, validation, and cost control, supporting maintenance and minor works projects across the estate.

You will work closely with operational teams, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate commercial management, timely billing, and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management

Manage and administer Schedule of Rates (SoR) contract mechanisms for DWP projects. Validate job requests, variations, and completed works in line with contract SoR requirements.
