Were looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Division and support the delivery of a major student accommodation development in Bath.

This role requires strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to manage and deliver successful building projects. Youll lead on cost control, value recovery, and commercial reporting, while developing positive relationships with our supply chain and subcontractors. A solid understanding of NEC and JCT contract administration is essential.

Typical Duties Include: Establishing the project budget and allocating cost codes for accurate cost reporting Reviewing main contract and subcontract T&Cs, including stepping down provisions Procuring subcontract packages and preparing tender documentation Reporting costs to date and forecasting cost to completion Administering main and subcontract agreements, including contractual correspondence Liaising with the Employers team on commercial matters Managing staff resources to ensure effective cost management Preparing delay analyses and supporting claim submissions<...
