This is an opportunity to join a well-established, growing fire protection contractor with a strong pipeline of secured sprinkler projects across the North West.

Were looking for a commercially astute Sprinkler QS who wants to be genuinely valued for their specialist expertise.

The Role You will take full commercial ownership of sprinkler installation projects from tender through to final account, ensuring profitability, compliance, and smooth delivery.

Your technical understanding of sprinkler systems will allow you to price accurately, manage risk effectively, and protect margins at every stage.

Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed estimates and competitive tenders for sprinkler installations Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions Managing project budgets and cost forecasts Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts Procuring and negotiating subcontract packages Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients Identifying and managing commercial risk What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor specialising in sprinkler systems Strong technical understanding of sprinkler installations and associated standards Experience with JCT and/or NEC contracts (preferred) Ability to manage multiple live projects Strong commercial awareness xbpsjku and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software Full UK driving licence What's on offer: £55,000
