A fast-growing contractor in the solar and renewables sector is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor as part of a commercial team build that is at a very early stage. Quantity Surveyor Job Overview Commercial management of projects from award through to final account Prepare and manage applications, valuations, variations and cost reporting Lead subcontract procurement, package placement, valuations and final accounts Drive change control and ensure variations are captured and evidenced Produce monthly forecasts and support cost reporting and governance Support contract administration and commercial risk management Work closely with delivery teams to improve record keeping and protect margin Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure value
