Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in construction & developments, looking to take the next step in your career? As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll contribute to the cost estimation, cost & financial control and Contract & stakeholder management. You'll work closely with the senior team and inhouse team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:

* Cost Estimation

* Tendering & Budgeting

* Contract & Stakeholder Management

* Cost Control & Financial Management

The successful Quantity Surveyor should have:

* HNC or degree in Quantity Surveying

* Experience in developments and construction

* Experience in negotiating and pricing jobs
