Location: Coventry or Derby Working Pattern: Hybrid Contract Length: 6–12 months Status: Inside IR35 Role Objective Work closely with the Project Management function across multiple projects or single large-scale projects, providing both pre- and post-contract commercial expertise. Be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from inception and design through to completion and final account settlement. Key Accountabilities Negotiate and finalise work orders, prices and commercial terms with contractors. Develop and write sourcing and authorisation reports for projects and work packages. Draft and support contract awards for ECI, ECC and PSC contracts. Administer contracts, supporting the Project Manager in assessing and issuing contractual notifications. Assess contractor applications for payment in line with contractual terms and conditions. Negotiate contractual and cost issues and support the change control process. Run tenders and commercial negotiations. Validate, test and challenge project costs. Complete monthly cost and value reports using the appropriate internal systems.
